FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot: Complete Remote Pilot Certification

Everything you need to pass the FAA Remote Pilot knowledge test and fly commercial drone jobs safely and legally: regulations, airspace, charts, weather, performance, operations, human factors and test prep.

This is a complete, self-paced study course for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate with a Small UAS rating. It follows the FAA Airman Certification Standards (ACS) and the FAA Remote Pilot Study Guide, and it is updated for the Part 107 test changes that take effect on October 26, 2026. You will learn the rules of 14 CFR Part 107 and Part 89 (Remote ID), airspace classes and how to read sectional charts, airport operations and radio phraseology, aviation weather and METAR and TAF decoding, aircraft performance and weight and balance, preflight and maintenance, emergency procedures, aeronautical decision making and drone physiology, and the business of flying commercially. More than thirty original diagrams and charts are included, with links to the free FAA publications, charts, handbooks and sample questions at every step, plus worked practice problems and a 60-question final exam. This course does not issue the FAA certificate and is not FAA-approved training: you must still pass the FAA knowledge test at an approved testing center and apply through the FAA.

What you’ll learn
