Indiana (IOSHA)

The Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration (IOSHA), part of the Indiana Department of Labor, runs Indiana’s state plan for most private and public employers. Indiana follows the federal standards, and the same department runs INSafe, a free consultation program that is kept separate from enforcement.
